Disappointed

I really enjoyed participating in the program and answering all the questions. But they basically kicked me out because they said they couldn't verify my information but wouldn't say exactly what the problem was. The only thing I could think of was I gave them the wrong pay pal account. I was very disappointed they blocked me because I enjoyed it.

Easy to get work, pay is decent considering time spent, and payout seems flawless. Only had one study not load correctly despite all attempts, which is far better than some other sites where you do the whole survey to the end, and then it screens out and you never get the payment. That hasn't happened here, this is legitimate and easy to use.

So far so good, have done 4 surveys (have gotten 6 but missed 2 due to being busy at the time they showed up), so far 3 are pending while 1 got instantly approved. Decent pay for the time spent.

Studies and IP address issues

I only get studies after a long time and i only get a few studies whereas also when i do get studies, i always run into a problem that complains about my network/internet connection an ip address and its not simple for me to find another network/internet connection because i use wifi. So if those few querys can be looked into it would greatly increase the rating and experience of prolific

Generally easy to complete…

Generally easy to complete questionnaires, with support services if there is a problem. The studies tend to be proper academic research rather than marketing, although there are occasional marketing-type questionnaires. The only drawback is that the estimated time needed is sometimes dramatically underestimated by the client organisation.
