I keep receiving a SUB-0002 message…

I keep receiving a SUB-0002 message stating I am not in the US and I live in Mississippi you keep telling me it's a IP address issue but the internet company has changed it several times for me. I would get it corrected on my phone but it will go back out but I cant do anything on my computer and that's were you make more money. If they could get this issue corrected it would be a very good site for studies.

Easy site to use

tasks are usually easy to complete and prolific are good at keeping you informed of task approved

Big disappointment

I used Prolific for several months without problem and then started getting the IP error message. I have tried to use the site at different people's houses to get round this but no joy. It seems to me that Prolific let you use the site for so long and then block you. I did report the issue to them but their response is neither use not ornament. I used to enjoy completing their surveys but now consider Prolific to be a total let down. Very disappointed.

Prolific is what is claims to be

There are a lot of systems in place to protect the confidentiality of participants. I've been able to do quite a number of studies, many of which are interesting and with a fair amount of pay. I have had a few instances where I've tried to do a study marked as "available" only to find that it is full, despite having just barely refreshed my browser.
