prolific has been blocking users from getting surveys without any reason on there emails. i want to know why my account was blocked on the first day on survey

The best survey site by far.

I have tried over a dozen survey sites/app. Misplay, CashGiraffe, SurveyMonkey, SwagBucks, InboxDollars, MTURK, etc. 99% of survey sites are borderline scam or waste of time. To give you a comparison between Prolific and all other survey sites I will rate all of them here. Prolific: 5 Stars MTurk: 2 Stars All others I have done: 1 Star On Prolific: - I have not done a single survey where I didn't get paid. - Pay is so much higher than any competitior that 90% of the time I don't even pay ...

Not a good start

It's been a week that I am waiting for my submissions to get approved but it is taking forever. Plus, they pay very low for each survey.

Poor customer service

I have contacted Prolific via the customer support link and form 5 times now since April. I have had no response and a case closed message without even being helped. I cannot cash out and all my details are verified and correct. I would appreciate some help please Prolific, if you read this. Your AI help function is rubbish.
