What do you like best about Privy? Customer service and ease of use for sure! What do you dislike about Privy? What do you like best about Privy? Privy has made marketing to my customers much easier! I really enjoy the ease of setup and the ability to test the functionality before making it live. I also enjoy all of the educational webinars that they hold. What do you dislike about Privy? I haven't found much that I don't like. What do you like best about Privy? Ease of use - The fact we enter the dashboard through shopify. What do you dislike about Privy? "An elegant solution for marketing on-site"

What do you like best about Privy? Setting up a privy campaign is relatively simple. The visual options, while not vast, served our needs. This is a great option for creating lead forms and pop-ups on your website. What do you dislike about Privy? They capped the user limit for sendable users behind a paywall for the next version. That was kind of a bummer. What problems is Privy solving and how is that benefiting you? We were able to significantly increase our email signups with privy.

Awful App.

They changed the plans without notifying anyone prior and all was needed is the popup, their email newsletters are abysmal. After being forced to pay for their nonsense plan, I decided to try their newsletters to send emails to my subscribers, and the analytics are super trash with little to no details, subscribers who often click on our emails form other email hosting applications are listed as "unmailiable" for privy. Theres way too many technical errors in their application and honestly ...

Essentially, I have been using this app without much issue. I don’t use all its features because there are other better apps I prefer, but I liked the popup style and a couple of things and was happy to continue paying the $30 a month. However, when I go to log into my account earlier this week to remove the Christmas banner I see I don’t have access to the dashboard; apparently, I have “outgrown” the starter plan (not sure how as they calculate this on “average” monthly page views.”)I’m ...

"Very easy to use but some limitations to the service"

What do you like best about Privy? It allows me to create custom callouts and site experiences without a lot of dev experience. Design is WYSIWYG and deployment follows rules/logic that is very effective. What do you dislike about Privy?
