Despite not not workig PrivateVPN Application in my region (seems it could not overcome technical restrications set by my internet provider), support service person (Mac) did outstanding job and was able to provide me reliable workaround on top of my PrivateVPN subscription. That did satisfy my need on working VPN service and hold me on to cancel subscription and request money refund. The PrivateVPN App still remains non-functional (canno complete login request) in land-line and mobile ...

Responsive Customer Service
VPNs are very challenging. Companies like Amazon and The BBC work hard to undermine them. PrivateVPN does a great job at keeping ahead of their technical challenges. And when you need customer service, they are right on top of things.
