Responsive Customer Service
VPNs are very challenging. Companies like Amazon and The BBC work hard to undermine them. PrivateVPN does a great job at keeping ahead of their technical challenges. And when you need customer service, they are right on top of things.

Nervous but received immediate support - easy to use
Rather nervous about setting up a 3 year contract and when it didnt work first time...contacted support obtaining an immediate response and solution=joy and relief. Now safely installed on 2 devices and sorting out others. Find it easy to use.
