Great product. Brilliant Support.
This is a great product that I've been using for years. I recently had a speed upgrade form my ISP and the support from these guys was fantastic. I can't recommend the product and the support highly enough.

Finally, careness is great
It was realy difficult to solve my problem because of the policy of my country and ISPs restrictions in addition to my OS ' rarity. We worked hard with the team (special thanks to Richard for it) and we did it. They did everything that they can and they did their best.

Great help, quickly given
After a long absence I was unable to watch my favourite overseas shows from Canada using PrivateVPN, though I went through all the same steps that had worked before and tried several other possibilities myself. Each time I tried to sign into the foreign website it detected that I was using a VPN and refused me service. So I sent an email to the VPN help line. PrivateVPN connection issue
Was having a problem using PrivateVPN to connect to the UK from abroad to listen to the BBC. Spoke to a customer services worked named Edward who gave me some advice on making a connection. It worked and I'm now listening happily to the Test match. Very satisfied it was resolved so quickly
