Great support ! Had this VPN for a few years, everytime I have a connection issue or question, support team was available via chat, no matter the hour. And thanks to Dale who just assisted me on an issue with connection servers.

Lightening Fast Technical Support from Dale at Private VPN
Contacted the Support guys an hour or two ago because suddenly I could not play BBC TV through the VPN, Dale responded and talked me through some steps and I’m now up and running once again. The support from Private VPN is brilliant, if there are any technical issues they are always resolved rapidly. Best VPN provider there is.

I had a problem getting my vpn to load, Caleb answered my question quickly with a very simple solution, that worked. I should have contacted him sooner rather than try to solve problem myself!
