One minute chatting and next not.
Was friggen weird, one minute I am chatting up friends the next I get dropped like a bad habit and I get a message saying the VPN had disconnected me. It wouldn't connect me to any server I tried. The tech had me reinstall the TAp driver and vola! Working. O.o

Solid VPN connection and great customer service
It is my second time using PrivateVPN. My first experience was last year when I had trip overseas. Although I only used it about one month, PrivateVPN speed is great and it always has fast connection speed. Need to go overseas again this year. There is no doubt to use PrivateVPN again. Do enjoy PrivateVPN service when I connected back to US. When I back to US, write email to PrivateVPN to cancel my subscription renewal. Great customer support
Had some issues with "region streaming" and was growing frustrated. A couple of back and forth emails and the situation was resolved (my bad, apparently, they just walked me through the proper configuration on my side), all of this within minutes. Amazing customer service from Mac.

Since I am new to VPN, one of the things I looked for in choosing a VPN was quick and responsive help, preferably immediate chat. I tested this out with several providers, and found the support chat at PrivateVPN the best. I would first get an almost immediate answer (provided by AI), but then if my question proved to need more fine turning, the bot would ask if I'd like a human agent.
