Superfast and excellent response from Carlo
Superfast response from Carlo to my emailed support request, and on a Saturday evening as well. The issue was solved within three emails, which is excellent. Carlo gave clear and detailed instructions on how to fix my issue and was, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient.

Out of country
