Prompt and reliable follow up
Prompt follow up for an issue after upgrading to new OS. While they were working on solving issue, they provided a workaround to still connect. Kudos to you Guys

It's clear PrivateVPN cares a lot for customers After its VPN client stopped working with MacOS 14 Sonoma, Dale put in place a workaround to let customers keep their VPN services usable. Within a couple of days, the VPN client was upgraded and working normally again. Hats off and thank you.

Two problems solved
Two problems solved. Correct conf-file for router and iPlayer access. Secondly Tom solved an API problem. Service minded and competent support.

Quick and helpful customer support
Customer support was quick to answer. Unfortunately, the original issue couldn't be solved, but the person who handled my problem (JC) helped to find a workaround.
