By far the best vpn service
By far the best vpn service considering its price. Customer Support is amazing, and they provide all the apps and configurations for everything you may need, even for advanced user (they provide port forwarding for all OS!). i spoke with "Dale" about a conflict between software and the newest macOS, witch they were aware of and less than 3 days later i received a responce about the fix

The importance of having a person to talk to!
Today I was beside myself because I discovered my PERSONAL VPN was not connecting.Dale,a member of TRUST PILOT helped me immensely by explaining what I needed to do to fix my problem. The procedure Dale explained to me was a three step adjustment and very simple to do. I was happy to be able to talk to a real live person who could understand my situation. Thank you Dale for your expertise.

I've been using Private VPN for years…
I've been using Private VPN for years and have always been extremely impressed by their technical support and customer service. This time because of my mistake, one account I got for someone else was automatically renewed and charged but not as I wished to, still Private VPN responded to my email immediately and in one day issued me a refund, although it was caused by my own mistake. It's very pleasant to use their service. They are trust worthy.

Excellent service!
I have been a customer of Private VPN since 2018 (or thereabouts). This product is better than any other VPN I have tried. Any problems I have had (very few of them actually) have been dealt with immediately. I cannot stress how good PrivateVPN has been to me over the past 5 years.

MacOS Sonoma
After I upgraded to MacOS Sonoma, PrivateVPN stopped working. Asked for a workaround from PrivateVPN support, Tom took me through the use of the OpenVPN client and then e-mailed me to upgrade my PrivateVPN client. This is great customer service!
