I really appreciate the speedy service…
I really appreciate the speedy service provided by Dale, JL and Edward today. They are always there when occasionally the VPN fails. In my case it was such a simple solution - easy when you know how, but took a while to rule out a few other things.

BBC no longer worked for me.

Great support
App normally works very smoothly and whenever there are problems, the support function is quick and effective. Most recently I had a problem with the app after updating my Mac's operation system. The automated chat system provided a number of solutions, however, none of them worked. I was then quickly passed on to Dale who immediately gave me the instructions I needed to resolve the issue.
