exceptionally helpful
The staff at privatevpn (Tom) are always especially helpful, even with tricky problems, and this was no exception. I had a really complex setup with multiple moving parts on a remote linux server, and they went out of their way to make things work, and I never had to wait for support, even when emailing in at odd hours.
