Great support,one-minute response
Great support with a one-minute response time out of office hours (CET). By a fellow named Jim in my case. I needed to set it up in Egypt on Linux, USB tethering through Android and a router. He pointed me to AnyConnect which solved the issue for the first two.

Best Rapid Customer Service Ever
I had difficulty connecting to multiple web sites that the PrivateVPN VPN always resolved. This week on a cruise ship I was not able to run PrivateVPN - the ship DNS blocked all access to VPN sites. Working with their tech support team who answered my quieties within minutes, they found an alternate program to access their services that WORKED! This kind of tech support is rare from VPN providers. I encourage you to check their service. Ken

In 1 word...EVERYTHING!!! They analise your problem and if they have doubts they ask. Then the resolving the problem is done very fast and as it should be, I think that their force is "to put themselves in the customers place" SPLENDID JOB EVERY TIME

In two steps that problem for my issue was a change of password as soon I change the password of my account, I was able to connect. representative was really helpful.
