Had a few problems on a Linux mint 21…
Had a few problems on a Linux mint 21 OS chated with Edward on the messenger gave easy to understand help . sent perfectly working links solved my problem within minutes . Very happy with Privatevpn works fast great connection speeds .

Best customer service ever…
Best customer service I have ever encountered. On the very few occasions that I have had connection issues all it takes is a message to customer service to get a super prompt reply with a fix for my issues. I am a long time customer and keep coming back because of their commitment to service.

I contacted PrivateVpn (Dale answered me) for a connection problem and I was first greeted very warmly then I was advised to do some manipulations on my Windows 10 PC. After following these advice my problem has been resolved. Thank you so much.
