Issues with Spotify
Issues with Spotify I had an issue with Spotify not working after 6 months of working fine, it seems like it had an update or something that made it detect an issue with my VPN connection. I contacted support and an Agent called JC was able to help me troubleshoot and try a few options. We tried to use a dedicated IP and that seems to work now. Thanks JC. I have been using PrivateVPN with only this one issue for over 6 months and it was resolved in 5 mins in a support livechat.

Great support
It's a good service but I had some install issues and Tom was brilliant - very methodical and finally helped me install Rosetta which was needed to get the app working.
