A smooth experience
The helper online was excellent, providing all the info I needed to be sure of installing the vpn app as efficiently as possible. Also going out of his way to de-register me from automatic monthly renewal (I only require a month subscription). This was all a relief as previously (ie the last times I'd subscribed) I'd found enormous difficulties in getting the vpn to function, wasting many hours on it in fact .

This is not the first time I have sort help
This is not the first time I have sort help from the PrivateVPN team. Whilst the bot is not overly helpful it is quick to direct you to a Human. In my last interaction I was directed to Edward. He took me through the steps, and options, to take to create an undetectable VPN link to a certain UK site, that I enjoy whilst in Mexico.

I configured my vpn wrongly and I was…
I configured my vpn wrongly and I was so frustated because it keep disconnected. Ferdinand helped me step by step, he was very patience by went trough all problems one by one,,and finally we got it fix. Thank you Ferdinand,,thank you Private VPN team. Trouble free vpn with great support
The most trouble free VPN I’ve used. Whenever a station changes itsaccess protocols private vpn is quick to provide a fix. The very few occasions when I’ve been blocked, the support team have provided a rapid and easy to follow fix.
