Problem solved
I was having trouble setting up my software with the VPN and after speaking with support I got all the help I needed to get it working. A very kind person connected remotely to my PC and did all the necessary tests to find the solution to the problem. Truly great customer service.

Great Support from "TOM"
The support provided by one of the agent from PrivateVpn was great. The name of the person is TOM. He was able to understand the issue immediately and able to resolve the same within span of few minutes.
