PrivateVPN is low cost, versatile and great customer service. I have renewed again as blown away by the whole experience. Any problems or questions are addressed and responded to extremely quickly. I use on Amazon Firestick and Android. I would highly recommend them.

No good, dont sign up!

Please do indeed read all the conversations if you can be bothered. You will see that not once did i request a renewal or anything more than help. You decide if you want to go into a paying relationship with a man who's idea of customer service is to say if its too much hassle (for you to put up with) and tell you if you don't like go elsewhere( instead of actually making it work) and he’ll delete your account. Incompréhension, imbécilité et incompétence. Chez cette société on peut changer le mot de passe mais pas l'adresse email, pourtant ils l'ont fait lors de mon premier abonnement ce qui m'a encourager à renouveler mon abonnement. Malheureusement je suis tombé sur un imbécile qui me demande de renouveler un autre abonnement avec le second email.Malgré que les lois relatives à l'informatique et fichiers nous donnent le droit d'accéder, de rectifier et de supprimer nos coordonnées cette société ...

Great VPN service

Great VPN service, no discernible drop in wifi speed. I have found that it is also compatible with location specific sites such as Netflix etc. I was so impressed I recently renewed for a further two years. I had one occasion where I could not log in but after one email to the Customer service team the issue was resolved the same day which impressed me greatly.I have also found the service to be very competitive price wise with other leading VPN's.Highly recommended.

Great service and supper friendly staff

Supper friendly and professional customer service. I have contacted them four times now and everytime I receive prompt , friendly, and accurate reply. Sometimes, I have to try many times to get connected, but that doesn't bother me since once connected, I get a continuous service without interruption or annoying buffering. It works great between UK and USA, support was excellent.

I'm a subscriber to this VPN service living in Finland. I'm originally from UK and use their service to access British tv-channels. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service especially with there customer care assistance. Vpns work really well and have sufficient bandwidth to stream seamlessly.
