Great service with outstanding customer support

I have used PrivateVPN for several months and enjoyed great service. Suddenly, I experience problems obtaining IP addresses after connecting with vpn servers. Contacted PrivateVPN customer support via email. Customer support was very helpful and knowledgeable. They carefully worked on identifying the source of the problem (which was of my making) and corrected it. I found the level of customer support to be outstanding. High recommend PrivateVPN.

I've been a user for a number of years. Performance and price are great, and with the occasional special offer, really very good value for money. All that would be as naught if the thing did not work, but ... it does. Connect to the server of your choice - which can take a little time at popular times of the day - and once you are connected, you can remain connected without dropouts or go-slows for days on end if you so wish. It was more or less working until…

It was more or less working until today. I can't login, and when trying to go on their website, i get "The owner of this website (privatevpn.com) has banned your IP address"???No way of contacting them directly, I don't know what to do, that's an incredible situation, never seen that.Actually found the support mail on this webpage, contacted them and they replied. Will see how it goes, and update the stars accordingly.EDIT: less than 6h later, problem solved! So going to 4 stars, thx a lot!

I have been using privateVPN for more than 2 years now and have found the experience to be really great so far. I use it primarily for streaming and accessing geo-blocked content on Netflix, primevideo, and BBC and it serves the purpose well with no drop in streaming quality. I can't say that I have had any bad experiences with PrivateVPN. Any problems that I have had was due to software set up adjustments which was promptly resolved by submitting a ticket. Using the VPN hardly reduces my Internet speed so no buffering. My PrivateVPN software is installed on 3 Amazon Firesticks and two Laptops. Ideal for catch up TV from another country.
