Had a problem with my Vpn which was attended to by various support agent. I finally got it sorted by the agent named JC, so thanks to him. I might also add that the support staff were determined to sort this problem. So no complaints.

Great VPN
Been using PrivateVPN for almost 5 years. Pros: Cheaper than many others. Supper quick response from support team (Tom, Ed, Jim, etc). Works well on laptop, phone and Firestick. Works well in many countries. Cons: Need to improvement for Chromecast.
