Updated sofware didn't work on Windows 7 but fixed quickly
Updated your software but it no longer would let me log in even though my account was current. Used your chat option, and your representative, Ferdinand, figured out right away that I needed the version for Windows 7, he sent me the link and now everything works fine and I am happy. The problem was solved quickly.
