Outstanding Customer Support
I am using PrivateVPN for several years and it always works great. I am currently traveling in Germany and had problems connecting to a German server. I contacted PrivateVPN support through their chat function and was quickly connected with the support technician Ferdinand. He helped to change some of the settings in the PrivateVPN client software and -voila- I had a connection. Ferdinand was very knowledgeable and professional. This VPN service is really outstanding.

Renewal issue
I had to renew my subscription and paid with btc but had issue getting transaction id.After speaking to Ed who was very helpful and gave my transaction id to admins and gave me a free day till all was cleared up. Followed up next day and spoke with Ferdinand who figured out that although my transaction had cleared the reason it wasn't showing was that I was logged in with my old email. Kudos to Ferdinand for figuring it out and being so helpful, you guys rock!!!
