Problems solved in 5 minutes!
After a few abortive emails which kept going to my spam folder and could not be downloaded, I used Live Chat on their website and my problems were solved in 5 minutes by the excellent Ferdinand. I had been getting error messages saying components were missing so I was instructed to uninstall Private VPN and reinstall from a link Ferdinand provided. Always great customer service
Always great customer service. Whenever I needed help with the app or software, there is always somebody online to help me right away. Yesterday within 10 min, the issue was resolved. Great service ❤️☺️
