Having arrived in the Algarve from the U.K. today I had an issue accessing SkyGo. I tried everything I knew, albeit limited, before I contacted Private VPN to ask for help. Wonderful Assistance
I was so frustrated. I couldn't do anything to get the VPN to work. Computer savvy I am not. Ed was my assistant. He had patience, very polite and knew what he was doing, as also trying to explain to me, in a way i understood. Thank you for making this experience a good one Ed.

Great support team
I contacted support because some of my devices weren’t connecting to the VPN. They fixed one of my devices immediately and received follow up emails until all of them were fixed.
