windows 11 update
Following a new install of Windows 11 I could no longer connect to any of the servers.I contacted online support and JL helped me to rectify the problem.

I had a small technical issue after I loaded the app, so I contacted support. They responded quickly and we were able to resolve the issue immediately. This was late in the evening my time so I am surprised and impressed! Great job!
