Prompt courteous support staff!
Recent experience: I emailed regarding a question, and in less than an 30 minutes I received my answer. Overall experience: Great service, great support. I can't recall one time in 2 years where the service was "down." I highly recommend PrivateVPN for expatriates anywhere.
