Great tech support - again
Had a connection problem to USA on my Windows 11 laptop. Went to the Chat, Max came on in 2 minutes and within 5 minutes successfully diagnosed and fixed the problem (repair the TAP adapter). Also had an authentication issue with Discovery Channel USA and Max diagnosed the problem: an overly complex password. All good now. Reminds me why I switched to PrivateVPN in the first place.

Great tech support - again

I was having trouble with my card limitation to renew my subscription. I contacted the support team and Richard was very helpful and extended my payment period with a free 8 day on my account. would recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome service provider
