I'm quite old and started out on the this journey of obtaining a VPN with no real feel or understanding of what would happen. So naturally I did lots wrong. But once I contacted the PrivateVPN support group, things took a big turn for the good. Last evening one fellow there helped me go through a number of stages, but since I'd fouled the works pretty badly with mistakes on logging in, he suggested I leave it a night or so then return to the support group address later to take another stab ...
