Great tech support - again
Had a connection problem to USA on my Windows 11 laptop. Went to the Chat, Max came on in 2 minutes and within 5 minutes successfully diagnosed and fixed the problem (repair the TAP adapter). Also had an authentication issue with Discovery Channel USA and Max diagnosed the problem: an overly complex password. All good now. Reminds me why I switched to PrivateVPN in the first place.

I was a little wary of signing on, not having had any experience with VPN, but James from customer support soon left me with the impression that Private VPN takes their customer service seriously, and so the product must be OK too.

I was having trouble with my card…
I was having trouble with my card limitation to renew my subscription. I contacted the support team and Richard was very helpful and extended my payment period with a free 8 day on my account. would recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome service provider
