Nifty!
Nifty! I asked for help with app based split tunneling for my pixel phone, although app didn't support it. Mac was able to get it done for me. He also helped me secure my vpn connection with built-in lock for Android OS to prevent leaks. Just works! Knows his stuff.

For the first time after three years
For the first time after three years of use, there was a need to contact technical support. The support request was answered in less than 5 minutes, and a support person named Mac solved the issue in less than 10 minutes. Excellent customer service and competent. I recommend the service if you need VPN software.

I needed help setting up a mango mini…

Hotstar wasn't working on Android TV…
Hotstar wasn't working on Android TV OS, Mac helped me stream it on my big screen via a Chrome browser 's built-in casting, it worked for my use case. A little compromise in quality but it did the trick without a USB-C to HDMI dongle. Thank you!

I was shocked to encounter the level of…
I was shocked to encounter the level of experience/knowledge in cipher suites and various vpn encryption protocols. Not as prompt as you would expect - your agent Mac could keep one on hold for a little extra but terrific support. Pardon my nitpicking!
