Great tech support - again

Had a connection problem to USA on my Windows 11 laptop. Went to the Chat, Max came on in 2 minutes and within 5 minutes successfully diagnosed and fixed the problem (repair the TAP adapter). Also had an authentication issue with Discovery Channel USA and Max diagnosed the problem: an overly complex password. All good now. Reminds me why I switched to PrivateVPN in the first place.
