Increible company, with increible support staff (Like Tom!)
I have been using PrivateVPN for about 5 years now. On several occasions I have needed technical support and help and they have always been very quick to help and walk me through resolution. Good product backed up by good support.
I have used this vpn for some years and never had any issues with the product. Recently had an issue with my renewal but the support team sorted it out no problem (thanks Richard) so good product and good support equals a good experience all round and one I’m happy to recommend.
