Excellent Customer Service
I encountered video streaming problems when overseas - my well known subscription paid for streaming service said I was using a VPN and refused to work. I contacted PrivateVPN customer service via email and they replied within minutes and were able to talk me through amending the settings to get me up and running. Service at the highest level
Service at the highest level! The system renewed my subscription automatically, not the way I wanted. I reported the problem and got a refund so I could upgrade to a better subscription. So I'm staying with this company for longer.

I have been with this company for 7…
I have been with this company for 7 years and though I have e experienced minor problems their customer support is superb. I actually let my renewal lapsed for whatever reason and when I rejoined I had a problem loading onto my MacBook and I can say Carlo’s perseverance with me was commendable and between myself Carlo and Apple problem resolved, I cannot recommend this company enough they provide what it says on the tin 👍

ONLINE Help is fantastic .
Been using PrivateVPN for a while my Linux mint computer had an update and some how mess my vpn up . Being totally useless with computers . just login to there online help . Caleb replied to me within 2 minutes sent a couple of screen shots . And "Caleb" had the solution sent me a link with step by step instruction with pictures and copy and paste lines for correcting the problem. 5 minutes I was up and running .. Thanks Caleb for the fast & easy help solution . Highly recommend PrivateVPN
