The technician who never give up.
A technician or a specialist who put all his patience, effort, dedication to help me to fix a major connection problem. He work on a 2 days sequence, he feedback me couple of time a day suggesting to modified parameters on my computer, ask him to give him the result of the modifications... to finally succeed. Caleb was the example of somebody who never give up until he reach the goal and be sure his customer is satisfied.

Connection problem in Mexico
I had a problem on Mexico trying to get a U S streaming provider to operate. I began a chat with Caleb and he was able to solve the problem. I was actually quite surprised. I didn’t think it was going to be possible. The chat took a while but it was worth it. The initial wait time was quite short. It was within the two minutes they claim.
