Richard at PrivateVPN provided support till problem solved
I was having problems with a particular country file that had been working for a couple of years on my router when it became troublesome. Richard helped solved my problem never giving up on me even through I became frustrated. Finally in the end his suggestion worked for me and I was up and running again. Richard is very knowledgeable.

Carlo from Private VPN help desk walked me through the complex (for me) process of installing their latest Open VPN code. I struggled getting the right code from the universal list; so he downloaded the correct code and sent it to me separately solving my problem. Thank you.
