Connection issue. Caleb helped.

Support is very helpful.
Came for a refund. Thought I made a mistake - purchased a subscription for use in Russia based on inaccurate information. Ended up with a working solution with a help of Support. It saved me hours of search for another VPN service. 11 out of 10 for Support guys.

Very impressive assistance
I was extremely impressed at the speed of response from Carlo and his ability to solve my problem. He responded to each email almost immediately and after I tried some of his suggested solutions, was able to quickly solve the problem by remote access to my PC

I have been a user of PrivateVPN for over 5 years and on the odd occasion when I need help (usually when overseas on a hotel internet connection) an email to the support team always solves my problem.
