I love privatevpn
I love privatevpn. They have a simple interface with just the right amount of options and servers. Works on desktop and mobile.Their support crew is amazing as well, had a question about billing and Jim helped me out in less than a minute. Highly recommend them.

VPN was not working for a specific city
AI was a little pain in the butt, if you are not that much of a computer advanced user. Connecting with the live agent TOM solved the issue in 10 minutes. Perfect, thanks very much

My experience with PrivateVPN
First, had a chat with AI "Anne". Usually I despise chatbots, but this one was surprisingly good 🤠But we could only get so far, so that chat ended with a proper email to support. Again, i am mindblown that i got a direct direction and not some swashbuckling parries leading me nowhere. So far satisfied.Got in contact with a couple of nice agents who tried to help me, very polite and serviceminded. Then connected me to Tom who was very skillful and a grand help in my Quest to get my NAS up ...
