I have used them for 3 years now and it has been a great service to have. Tried to change my payment over and ended up just creating a new account because there wasn't really a convenient way of do it but everything else has worked great over the years.

I love this product except for the fact…
I love this product except for the fact that it won't work with my windows 7. My laptop is windows 10 but I do a lot of work on my desktop with windows 7 and private access won't work with 7 which sucks. I don't want to have to buy a new operating system. So right now I download and do private searches on my laptop then put on a flash drive and transfer it to my desktop.

So far so good
So far so good. I've only been using it for a couple of days and the only reason to use it is to get rid of an issue with Three Mobile's home internet service which is cheap, cheerful and has terrible latency issues for some packets. I would need to reload web pages again and again for them to complete properly. Now, I don't have the problem at all. I will be trying out the other features too over the next few weeks but that wasn't the reason to get the service.

This is the slowest VPN I've ever used.
This is the slowest VPN I've ever used. Thank goodness I only needed it for a few days. My internet speed is around 260 Mbps and right now I'm getting, at best, 20 Mbps. It drops to around 7, goes up to 10 or 12 and then back to 20. It has taken me two days to download what I could have gotten in a few hours. I've changed every setting, changed to every possible server I can and it's still slow. Won't use this VPN ever again.

Did not work on the firestick for…
Did not work on the firestick for regional viewing, it kept dropping out on my phone and laptop disconnecting due to the kill switch so going long periods with no internet with no warning. It was worse on my phone because no wifi meant it ate all my data without me knowing. The sort of service I would expect from a new starter, inexperienced company.
