Needs to outsmart Netflix/prime video, etc.
Needs to outsmart Netflix/prime video, etc. somehow so I can use a vpn for the most popular reason one would use one for- to watch films not available in my country. Can’t use any of its Canadian servers for Netflix, etc. Waste of $70 therefore

A lot of research helped pick this one
I did a great deal of research prior to purchasing PIN. Bought an 2 yr. plan about 6 months ago. Was easy to install. Would have liked a "user manual" for the less tech savvy & Customer Service connect button on the app itself (but that's just me.) It's been working quietly in the background, not causing any changes in either my computer or Android phone. Does drop infrequently on phone but I just need to watch this & then just easily reset app. I haven't used it to stream anything yet. ...

Ik heb de vpn sinds een paar dagen in gebruik, en merk dat deze sneller is dan (nvpn die ik voor die tijd had) tot op heden geen spijt, ook op de Android tv werkt de vpn prima en dat alles voor een nette prijs

The support page won't load!
The support page has errors on it and won't load. The product was crashing my computer, so I uninstalled it. When I did that my virus protection warned that a virus was planted on my computer hard drive. I was no longer able to get online as it kept shutting off my internet access! It took me 24 hours to get back online, but as I said, I can't even get support because the web page won't load. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! Worst VPN i ever used
Worst VPN i ever used and worst customer service. Tried to cancel on the website, unsuccessful, sent out e-mails, unsuccessful, finally went to my credit card and they canceled it in 2 seconds. Gave 1 star because 0 wasn't a choice

Great except!
Been using this service for years. I’m satisfied with it but they still have glitches. For example the update function from within the app doesn’t work. You have to go to the website and download. Bahaaaa

The best Linux GUI by far
I am a Linux user, and PIA is the best by far in providing Linux GUI. Furthermore, I am using VPN services for many years, and I can say PIA is offering the best service so far. Using PIA, you can feel the soul of trust and customer care by taking care of all details. The only negative point is they don't offer services in some countries like Iran because of the sanction. PIA VPN a winning entry in the VPN market!
PIA VPN client was offered as a "Popular Item" in my favorite Linux distribution. When I investigated further I found that their service had wide coverage, a very reasonable price, and an excellent reputation for privacy and speed. Installing the offered client I was then surprised by how easy it was to install and configure. A total winner in my estimation!
