i was getting billed twice for my…
i was getting billed twice for my subscription and i explained the situation and they quickly and easily were able to find the problem and reverse it. I got my money back and am still a very satisfied member of PIA. Very impressed with the customer service!

Just signed up today and so far so…
Just signed up today and so far so good. Their tech support responded right away with my questions.What's great too is that they don't do the auto renewalwhere they up the cost on you when you forget to contact them. Had some real slow connection speeds at first but got that resolved by changing the remote port setting from auto to 8080. You would think auto would be fine but not for me.
