Won't load on my device
I signed up to use on my devices including a Formuler Z8 for streaming TV, movies etc. I could not get it to load and they just said perhaps it would not work on my device. Message says unknown state. I'm in the UK! I have emailed twice and said it's no good if it won't load and work so asked for a refund. I had paid for a year based on their ad and good reviews. They are very technical. I am not that much. Still waiting for a reply and my money.

So I signed up cause I wanted to use…
So I signed up cause I wanted to use BBC iPlayer. It doesn’t work.They have a try out period, so I asked for my money back. At my first attempt, I get a message that no one is available. Then I do get into a conversation, but the agent leaves the chat before I can ask for a second time if I can get my money back.

I got a new credit card and I forgot to update the payment info. So I had some questions about it. The questions were answered faster than I could ask them. I don't think there is a better way to have support.
