No Technical Support - Don't waste your money
I cancelled my account after 3 hours. I had issues connecting to the VPN service using the Chrome browser extension. Which did not work. Opened a chat message to support and I wish I hadn't. Total lack of knowledge or technical ability. I think after wasting around an hour I was told by the 2nd support agent that everyone was having issues with the Browser extension. I cancelled there and then. I'm sure if you dont have any issues ever then this is a fine service but the support sucks.I did ...

Customer service does not exist, no refund received.
It is like 20 days that I am asking a refund as PIA is unuseful to bypass the amazon VPN detector. Since that day I sent something like 7 mails, to which I have been replied with automated messages. This is a scam
