I've tried several VPN services PIA is one of best
I've tried several VPN services, but this has to one of the very best I've used the PIA client app is joy to use! It just works and Wireguard support makes it go really fast. I'm really happy with the performance. All the latest features are there and they keep improving it. I highly recommend trying it out.

Amazing support!
I contacted customer support via Chat to help with getting a dedicated ip. It wasn't showing as an option. Kristina had me update my profile as I was a long time customer and some things had changed. As soon as I updated I saw all the new features. Support was fast, to the point, friendly and successful. I highly recommend PIA!

Confusion about what is upgrade mean
I was reviewing my billing for account renewal for one year when I noticed the upgrade suggested but did not understand what the upgrade was. Jelvy was able to clear up my confusion about renewal and I ultimately renewed for two years.
