Had an issue with my account
Had an issue with my account. I contact the help desk and got quick and efficient service. My issue was solved promptly and the person l dealt with was courteous and very helpful, would recommend you to my family and friends if they needed a VPN.

I am very pleased with my PIA…
I am very pleased with my PIA subscription I feel protected since I got it and have had couple of issues with connection to PIA but was resolved by your excellent Customer Support , the only issue i still have is that my Broad Band internet speed slow when connecting to PIA
