More seats on my account
Was asking if I could add to my 10 allotted seats - buy another subscription and combine all seats to be eaiser - I was told it was not possible now. Cool, was just asking. All good. Thank you.

5 Year (Soon to be 6) PIA Customer
After being a dedicated PIA customer for 5 years, I found out that my annual membership had recently expired. I reached out to customer support to see if a discount could be granted to my annual plan as a goodwill gesture. Without any hesitation this was granted to me. I really appreciate it.

This VPN is great
This VPN is great! I have used them for years, and love their service. I hope that they never raise their prices, because I also use them because they are so affordable. I can't live without a VPN, and this company is the best, in my opinion.

Everything I need for personal VPN protection
Fast, seamless, inexpensive VPN. I can still hit high speeds on Steam and uTorrent dls. Provides access to a long list of proxies around the world. I haven't checked the details, but they send updates often enough that it seems to be well maintained.

Very happy.
Very happy. Customer support replied to my help request in under 2 hours. The courteous & knowledgeable PIA support agent (Noel A) helped me resolve my issue promptly & efficiently. I have only needed to contact customer support once or twice in the 6 years I have been a PIA customer. It is because of this great & reliable service/product that I have never been tempted to try a different VPN provider. Thank you Noel.
