This is the only VPN I've ever used
This is the only VPN I've ever used, so I don't really have anything to compare it against, but my experience with it is nice. Never had any connection problems, has a kill switch just incase, and the price is fair. Good for downloading, torrents, streaming. But as I said I have nothing to compare it to, but I'd happily choose this one again when I need a VPN.

PIA has consistently been the best VPN…
PIA has consistently been the best VPN with the most locations and best value for my money for more than 10 years. They are top notch and professional, never had dropped connections with them and they are very quick to attempt to solve an issue or refund money when I had a legit concern a few years ago. Not a bloatware program, runs seamlessly in the background and overall I've been impressed and love their service. They don't 'nag' you with pop ups about 'xyz' service you 'should' ...

Great VPN, highly recommend
I've been using PIA for around a year now. I've found absolutely no flaws with their service- all servers are incredibly fast (especially using WireGuard), I've hardly ever been blocked on any streaming sites, and the price is very hard to beat compared to other providers.

Ive been with PIA for 4 or 5 years
Ive been with PIA for 4 or 5 years. I forget how long its been because...I never have issues with PIA. I run the vpn on all my devices and it has always done its job. I have never had to call or email anyone at PIA because it just does what its supposed to do and I verify that everyday with my general daily use of my devices. PIA is feature rich.

Superior VPN -- has never let me down
After trying other VPNs for personal use, I have found PIA to be far superior. Not only does it have a wealth of PIA servers worldwide, but it does not have the problem that other programs have of sudden (and unexplained) dropouts. It's also much faster than other VPNs I have used. I feel much more secure with this program than with other VPNs I have tried.

Very satisfied for 7 years
I have used PIA for over 7 1/2 years. PIA has always given me what I need on my desktops, laptops, tablets, and android phones. It has a solid interface to easily control various included functions. A technical problem with PIA is using it with Netgear routers. The routers will not natively work with PIA so a workaround must be found. A small headless single board computer with just networking between the modem and router is one workaround I've used.
