Very happy with PIA…
I have been using PIA for about 6 months and in that time have experienced zero problems or issues. I am not an "advanced" user so the simplicity of setup and use was great. Thanks for a great product at a great price.

I have used PIA since 2014/2015 and I've liked it better than others I've used. I've only called customer service once and they were very Awesome. I'm still using it and loving it, the software just keeps getting better also. Thank you for many years of great service!

Good Service with PIA
I've been with PIA for at least 5 years now and have had no problems, what so ever, in downloading whatever I want. They're reasonably priced and on the rare occasions that I've needed to contact them they've been quick to respond, knowledgeable and really friendly. I have no problem in recommending them.

Awesome customer service, as always!
I rarely require customer service with PIA, but when I do, the service is always exceptional. I required assistance with my two factor authentication after a Windows re-install, received a response through the chat function within a minute, and Tony was able to assist me with accessing my account. In the process I inquired about taking advantage of a 3 year offer to extend my subscription, Tony explained the process, and waited patiently while I completed the order through Paypal, changed ...
