Human support was good and easy.
Human support was good and easy. Only thing I don't like, it's very difficult to find the chat tool, the icon should appear in the bottom right of the browser, but it's more often then not absent!

PIA is my one-and-only. Excellent speeds, lightweight GUI (no update spam), easily configured, easily managed, and most importantly - cheap! I've used the VPN for years and it runs so seamlessly I don't even notice it most of the time.

Amazing VPN
Amazing VPN. I have used it for years and it has always worked very well for me. I use it on my laptop and mobile devices. This service is great for the price I pay. I highly recommend it.

Unable to connect to PIA
Unable to connect to PIA. Customer support helped me to fix the problem. I only had to un-install PIA and re-install PIA. Problem was corrected. Great support and service.
