erroneously created new account
Some kind of a glitch occurred which cancelled my automatic repayment with PayPal. I subscribed again, and somehow I received a new account. Anyway, after a dozen or so emails, the PIA team helped me to resolve my issue easily.

It just works. I don't have to think about it
I've used PIA for several years on my tablet/desktop, Android phone and Chromebook -- all without problems. It is easy to use and flexible. It just loads on boot and I don't have to worry about it. If things seem slow, I can check a list of other servers and if any of them are faster, it's one click and I'm switched. Having that info available is really useful.

The absolute winner - after having tried many options…
Easy to use with a great and frequently updated user interface on Android, Windows and Linux as well. I tried many options but chose this one and instantly pre-paid 3 years for the great service. Also tested it as a user, other computers could not see or connect to me with VPN on and were able to connect as soon as I enabled local networks - this is a great feature: it hides your online traffic but lets you connect locally! Excellent VPN app!
I've bee using PIA since late 2017 and it has always fulfilled my requirements. It's and excellent VPN app, friendly interface, although very configurable for advanced users. I totally recommend it.

Very easy and effective
Private Internet Access is extremely easy to use on Linux, Windows or even mobile. I have had no issues to date with the VPN service. The speed is good and the options for exit locations are phenomenal.
