Response to my issue was very prompt and thorough. In order to attempt recreating the issue, the tech downloaded the exact distro I was using and installed it to troubleshoot. We were able to get the issue resolved quickly and efficiently.

Best vpn by far
Out of all the vpns I tried, PIA is the best one. It connects SO fast, it's almost instant. The server speeds are also really fast, so much so that I barely notice a difference with the vpn on, even when set to faraway countries. But it's all the small yet useful features that are the icing on the cake, like the vpn snooze and configurable modules. The only thing I would like to see is a dark theme on the android app, for some reason when I click the dark theme button it glitches out and ...
