I find PIA excellent

I find PIA excellent. It offers me peace of mind and cuts down on people trying to snoop on my internet browsing. The connection rate is excellent and if there's ever been a problem their support staff have been excellent. The only minor down side is occasionally I need to log back into certain programs as it picks up the IP address is different - but that's a very small price to pay and they now offer a fixed IP address which would address this issue . Can't recommend them enough.

A very interesting alternative to other VPN

Really smooth buy for a long period. I changed from Surfshark to PIA and was very impressed how easy everthing is going. PIA needs less ressources of my pc and has a pretty easy interface to use. There are enough server to switch to and every other wishful option is there. Nothing more to say than i am satisfied and happy!

Solid VPN for Speed & Privacy

Solid VPN for Speed & Privacy. The speed is faster than my normal connection, and they've proven to not log on numerous ocassions. Only things I would like to see them change is them generating your password for you and sending in email. I think you specify your password yourself on registration. Also, with the windows desktop app I didn't have to enter my 2FA code dispite having 2FA enabled, that needs to be changed. I Like PIA

I like PIA, Netflix and Spectrum will not let me into sites, unless I turn off my PIA. I am learning how to use PIA. I have not experience or any problem with PIA. Excellent

Chat service

OK The best online customer service(chat) that I have dealt with yet. Needed to cancel my subscription that was less than 30 days old and start a new one that was less expensive. Really, I didn't have to call during business hours... Going to stay wit PIA for at least the next 3 years

Cheap, effective, fast servers, easy setup and above all it works

Cheap, effective, fast servers, easy setup and above all it works. The only complain is if you dont run the computer for a longer period and if the new version or new update comes out in the meantime, it doesn't open in the tray (just hangs) and there is no other shortcut to check for updates. You have to log in to your account and manually download the latest version to get it going again. This only happens if you have been away from your computer for a longer time and hopefully they will ...
